Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days after shipping. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on its product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to update.

Multiple packages

Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll help.
